Causes of red eye with full eye congestion

Viral conjunctivitis

Dry eyes
Contact lens wear
Allergic conjunctivitis
Herpes infection
Eye lid infections
Misdirected eye lashes
Paralytic eye lid leading to improper closure of the eye
Un corrected refractive error
